This is a photograph of one of my favorite places in the world...my own little community of Topeka, Kansas. This is in Gage Park, which I refer to as, "Central Park," when in conversation with fellow Topekans. Of course, I enhanced the photograph with multiple editing layers of color & light.

My Nikon camera(s) & an iPhone follow me everywhere. I shoot or paint daily, trying to capture at least a moment within my life - day or night. I like working with wildlife, water reflections, light & color the best - enjoying the art of processing immensely. I love abstract art. I use the camera, oil, water & acrylic paints - to capture the foundation of the piece. Education & Experience: I graduated from Washburn University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative & Performing Arts with emphasis in English Literature & Dance.
