Major Tom To Ground Control metal print by Abbie Loyd Kern. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

My Nikon camera(s) & an iPhone follow me everywhere. I shoot or paint daily, trying to capture at least a moment within my life - day or night. I like working with wildlife, water reflections, light & color the best - enjoying the art of processing immensely. I love abstract art. Love the Title... love the image, mesmerising misty detail... Photographs have so much in them and as soon as you add in digital manipulation... there goes another two hours of playing with an image... PhotoShop is taking away our lives.... :)

I'm using photoshop way more lately...I'd practice piano until the wee hours but my birds decided they didn't like me playing after their bedtime. This wasn't the case the first year I had them - so I when my hands wear out on the computer, I go paint...who needs sleep anyway! Not happy with my work lately, so haven't been posting as much. Also spending more time away earning a living...there's that too... Thanks again, so much!!!!!
