About Abbie Loyd Kern
My Nikon camera(s) & an iPhone follow me everywhere. I shoot or paint daily, trying to capture at least a moment within my life - day or night. I like working with wildlife, water reflections, light & color the best - enjoying the art of processing immensely. I love abstract art. Education & Experience: I graduated from Washburn University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative & Performing Arts with emphasis in English Literature & Dance. My jobs have involved visual language for over 30 years. Light, color & texture are three critical elements within each of my pieces. I am the daughter of a professional...
